About Us

Wheelchair softball is Canada’s newest adapted para-sport. The first organized league was established in Ottawa in 2016. The goals of the Association is to promote and grow the sport across Canada, to establish a national team of athletes to participate in the NSWA World Series, and to assist other organizations and associations to have the sport officially recognized by the International Paralympic Committee as a summer para-sport.

The association is a not-for-profit, volunteer enterprise. We do not charge membership fees.
